background

<aside> 💡 The latest Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) climate report has stated that “immediate, rapid and large-scale reductions in greenhouse gas emissions are needed” and fossil fuel combustion for land transportation is a major contributing factor. To reduce carbon emissions, populations must reduce their reliance on motorised personal vehicles.

Glasgow is growing city with three major population centers

The East End, particularly the neighborhood of Dennistoun, is growing in popularity and population, but not in accessibility

Duke Street connects Dennistoun to City Centre with a mere 20 minute journey, but the atmosphere of this main artery leaves a lot to be desired
